Yogurt Cheese Omelet

Serve it hot or warm with fresh pita bread, tomato and green or black olives.

Procedure

  1. Melt butter in the skillet over medium heat.
  2. Meanwhile, crack eggs into a medium-sized bowl, discard the shells, and add salt and pepper to taste. Beat eggs with a fork until well blended and pour over melted butter.
  3. Cook for several minutes and flip it over to cook on the other side. When omelet is done to your liking, turn off heat, spread Yogurt Cheese thinly down the middle, roll, and transfer to a platter to serve.

Serve it hot or warm with fresh pita bread, tomato and green or black olives.

Tip — Add sautéed vegetables of your choice for your own signature omelet.
