Stewed Artichoke Hearts with Meat

Serve it hot with Rice with Vermicelli and salad of your choice.
Procedure
- Melt butter in the skillet over medium-high heat. Add artichoke hearts and sauté on both sides until golden brown.
- Move artichoke hearts to the edges of the skillet. Blend flour into remaining butter in the center of the pan. Slowly add water to flour mixture until it boils, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium, stir in salt, and then mix artichoke hearts with the sauce. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place oil in a pan over high heat. Add meat, separate with a fork, and cook until brown. Sprinkle with salt, seven spices, pepper and cinnamon, stir well, and remove from heat.
- Uncover the skillet and top each artichoke heart with a scoop of the cooked meat. Cook for 10 more minutes and serve.
Serve it hot with Rice with Vermicelli and salad of your choice.
Tip — The rice can be prepared while the artichokes are cooking.
