Radish Salad
Salatet Fijel
Serve it cold or at room temperature with Grilled Kibbeh or Baked Kibbeh.
Procedure
- Discard stalks from the radishes, wash and drain.
- In a food processor, place disc on the shred side and shred radishes, following the processor instruction booklet.
- Put shredded radishes in a medium-sized bowl, add salt and lemon juice, combine well and refrigerate until serving time.
Serve it cold or at room temperature with Grilled Kibbeh or Baked Kibbeh.
Tip — Radish Salad may be prepared a couple of days in advance.
