Lebanese Cake

Serve it at room temperature by itself or with tea or ice cream.
Procedure
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, farina, sugar, turmeric and baking powder.
- Fold in butter and milk until thoroughly combined and set aside.
- Spread tahini paste on the sides and bottom of the pan. Pour in batter and gently tap the pan to level it. Arrange the pine nuts over the top and bake for 25 minutes.
- Let the cake cool, then cut and serve.
Serve it at room temperature by itself or with tea or ice cream.
Tip — For a low-carb alternative, substitute whole wheat flour for the all-purpose flour and molasses for the sugar.
