Hot Pepper Pickles

Serve it with Falafel, Shawerma, Lebanese couscous (Mughrabia), hummus, and fava beans.
Preparation
- Pickling Solution prepared and set aside
Procedure
- Wash and drain peppers. Pack peppers in the jar, pour in pickling solution to cover them and close jar tightly. Store jar in a cool dark place and eat pickled peppers after10 days.
Serve it with Falafel, Shawerma, Lebanese couscous (Mughrabia), hummus, and fava beans.
Tip — Refrigerate peppers after opening and they will stay fresh up to 5 months.
