Hot Pepper Pickles

Serve it with Falafel, Shawerma, Lebanese couscous (Mughrabia), hummus, and fava beans.

Preparation

  • Pickling Solution prepared and set aside

Procedure

  1. Wash and drain peppers. Pack peppers in the jar, pour in pickling solution to cover them and close jar tightly. Store jar in a cool dark place and eat pickled peppers after10 days.

Serve it with Falafel, Shawerma, Lebanese couscous (Mughrabia), hummus, and fava beans.

Tip — Refrigerate peppers after opening and they will stay fresh up to 5 months.
