Gourmet Hazelnut Chocolate
Chocola ala Bin’do’a

Serve with dessert.
Procedure
- Fill the bottom pot of the double boiler half way with water. Place the chocolate in the top pot, put the double boiler over high heat and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium and stir frequently until the chocolate melts.
- Meanwhile, coarsely grind the roasted hazelnuts in the food processor and add them to the melted chocolate. Stir to combine, turn off heat and put aside on a counter top.
- Place the cookie sheets on the counter beside the pot.
- Take 1 tablespoon of the chocolate mixture in one hand; hold a knife in the other hand and gently slide the chocolate onto the wax paper, leaving a space between each piece. Continue until all of the mixture is used.
- Place the pans in the freezer for 7 minutes, remove promptly and set aside in a cool place.
- Transfer chocolates to a platter or wrap each one individually.
Serve with dessert.
