Garlic Sauce

Serve it cold or at room temperature with baked or grilled chicken or meat.
Procedure
- Place potatoes and garlic in the food processor and process on-and-off for 1 minute. Add lemon juice and process for another minute, then add mayonnaise and process until smooth.
- With food processor running slowly, pour in oil and blend until sauce is very smooth and soft.
- Transfer into a bowl and serve.

Tip — Sauce can be made a week in advance if refrigerated.
