Garlic Sauce

Serve it cold or at room temperature with baked or grilled chicken or meat.

Procedure

  1. Place potatoes and garlic in the food processor and process on-and-off for 1 minute. Add lemon juice and process for another minute, then add mayonnaise and process until smooth.
  2. With food processor running slowly, pour in oil and blend until sauce is very smooth and soft.
  3. Transfer into a bowl and serve.

Serve it cold or at room temperature with baked or grilled chicken or meat.

Tip — Sauce can be made a week in advance if refrigerated.
