Garlic & Cilantro

Use it for cooking whenever a recipe calls for cilantro and garlic.

Procedure

  1. Trim 1 inch from the cilantro stalks and discard. Cut the remaining stalks and leaves in quarters and place them in the food processor with garlic and salt. Process on and off briefly to chop.
  2. Transfer to a sealable plastic bag, smooth it to ¼-inch thickness, then seal and freeze.

Use it for cooking whenever a recipe calls for cilantro and garlic.

Tip — Stays fresh up to 6 months.
