Use it for cooking.
Procedure
- Place butter in the saucepan over medium-high heat to boil for a couple of minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside to settle for several hours.
- Once the milk solids have settled to the bottom of the pan, slowly and carefully strain the clear butter into a clean glass jar. Discard the milk solids and store the jar in your cupboard.
Use it for cooking.
Tip — Stays fresh up to 6 months.
