Chicken Escallop

Serve it hot or warm with French Fries or baked potato, salad and hummus.

Preparation

  • Combine vinegar and garlic in a bowl, add chicken pieces, and stir until pieces are coated.
  • Mix flour, salt, pepper and cinnamon on a platter and dip each chicken piece in flour mixture on both sides. Reserve remaining flour.
  • In a bowl, beat the egg with a fork and dip each chicken piece on both sides in the egg.
  • Dip chicken pieces again in the reserved flour to cover both sides

Procedure

  1. Pour oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken pieces for 2 minutes on each side, or until they turn light golden brown.
  2. Transfer chicken to a platter and garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.

Serve it hot or warm with French Fries or baked potato, salad and hummus.
