Cheese in Olive Oil

Serve it as an appetizer or in a light dinner with fresh pita bread, olives, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, and your favorite salad.
Procedure
- Cut cheese into 1-inch thick slices and gently place them in the jar.
- Pour oil into the jar to cover the cheese. Close lid tightly, store in the refrigerator and eat cheese the next day.
